6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 brown sugar
1/2 sugar
Mix
Add egg
Mix
Tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Add chocolate chips
What should be the temperature of oven while baking 180 Centigrade?
If I make this in a 13” skillet should I just double the ingredients and fill it appropriately?
Would it still work if I just cooked it on low heat on the stove? I don’t really have an oven but I so want to make this 🤤

i made this twice and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!! not too sweet and incredibly soft in the middle while hard and crunchy on the edges <3 i'm never going back to making normal chocolate chip cookies again!

I'll be honest. I wanted to love this recipe when I made it today. The white sugar to brown sugar ratio was off. Next time I make it I'll switch the amounts.. the dessert lacked the caramel-y flavor known of ccc. Also, it was waaaaay too sweet. The famous Nestle ccc recipe uses half the amount of sugar for this much ingredients.

I used a bit less of butter cause I didn't have that much but anyway after 20 mins in the oven it's runny, more than it was before putting it into the oven. I used all the ingredients she said in right amounts (except butter)… Why is this happening to me?
