    Fun Fact: Bacon and salted pork are Pork Belly cuts.
    Unfortunately, the States don't sell in supermarkets a basic pork belly whole.
    So, you'd legitimately have to find a butcher here just for any specific cut.

    Hopefully in my lifetime, I will wait until science can actually resolve shellfish allergies with seafood sensitivity.
    It's the tropomyosin in literally anything with an exoskeleton that is the primary allergic reaction among the other lesser-known allergens.
    I want to have some of that calamari, man. Even lobster.

    Your rice paper too much water, its soggy and easy to break and make a mess when eat, i suggest just spreading some water by hand or a brush and it will eventually get soft to the right amount
