1 1/2 kilos oxtail (beef)
2 cups tomatoes
1 medium onion
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
String beans(sitaw) or french beans
Mustard green (mustasa)
Water spinach or kangkong
Radish
Okra
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 small packet sinigang mix or fresh tamarind
