help clean-up time. I kid you not. 😉

For the Birria tacos, dip the shells into the sauce before frying.
You are literally "the cooking show" to my kids. So to then you're better than any food network show 😉
Looks great! For the tacos, you can fry them and serve sauce on the side to dip (like a French dip sandwich) so they don’t get soggy!
