    As someone who works in a meat department, the shrimp you buy from the service case is 100% the same shrimp from the frozen isle. We just cut the bags open and fill them with water to thaw the shrimp. A lot of seafood comes in frozen, but the beef/pork side should be cut fresh every day. Key word 'Should' lol

    Did the more complicated version for dinner and oh man… did not disappoint. I left out the panko but instead with parmesan cheese on top was fantastic as well! Thank you for the amazing recipe
