Nice one Keith. Easy peasy pressure cooked meal that'll keep you warm. The only thing I would have done differently is leave the shredded chicken out until the linguini was cooked.
    The chicken was cooked enough.
It looks great on the plate!
    Cheers Keith ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜€

Being a retired ex-Chef I find it amusing how and what people cook, you made a lot of mistakes but I do appreciate a lot your effort and the fact that you are actually cooking rather than reviewing some ready made nightmare from a supermarket. I can give you a few tips if you are happy to hear them. Chicken that is low quality and puffed up with water should be cut lengthways to reduce thickness, careful how you do this as you don't want to cut yourself, result is the chicken cooks evenly and for less time. Trim off all fat before.

Always cook onions first unless cooking bacon, and note red onions cook faster than white onions. You should cook each part of the meal on its own, example onions, carrots etc. some salt added, preferably sea salt but sodium will do if you don't have sea salt, cracked black pepper, then once the hard vegetables are going add diced chicken to a pan to sear it, which is not fully cooking but browning it before adding it to a pot.

Things need to be added in stages for best flavour and therefore result. Herbs added towards the end. Linguine should be cooked on it's own with salt and a bay leaf or two and some butter then stirred around gently, add the dish to the linguine, topped with Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley. Don't take this as a critic, it's not, I liked how you chose to do Rabbit in a previous video, not many cook a rabbit these days ๐Ÿ™‚

I think that needs abit of finely diced scotch bonnet, give it abit of a kick.. instead of parsley, some chopped green onion would have been nice on top too. It looks like it would still be a nice chicken soup regardless though especially with that homemade bread you did.
