Robin, I didn't see your taco seasoning here, but I went online and found it. Here it is:

    Homemade Taco Seasoning

    Ingredients:

    2 Tbsp chile powder

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp onion powder

    1/2 tsp. dried oregano

    1 tsp. smoked paprika

    1 Tbsp. ground cumin

    2 tsp. salt

    1/2 tsp. ground pepper

    Directions:

    1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. Store in a glass bottle (preferred) or any air tight container.

Label the container and write the name and date.

    2. As a rule of thumb, use 2 to 3 Tbsp. per 1 lb of beef. If you are making tacos, remember to add about 1/2 cup of water when you
add the taco meat seasoning to the meat. Just simmer until most of the liquid has cooked out.

    Rockin Robin

Sounds really yummy. I know your Taco Seasoning is super tasting. I mix up a about a months supply at a time and it is the best Taco Seasoning that I have eaten. So I know I'm going to enjoy this. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes.

This looks amazing! I think my family would also enjoy this with some chopped green onions and sourcream on top. I've never tried to do a roast in the pressure cooker. I always lean towards pork roasts because I feel like they get more tender than beef. Maybe this way I'll like beef roasts better. Thanks for the idea Robin. Sending some love from Iowa ❤🤗

This looks delish! I think I might try it but using my crockpot instead of my pressure cooker. It gets way too hot where I live to be in the kitchen for a lengthy time in the summer! I'd probably serve it with a nice green salad and browned flour tortillas with butter for a full meal, maybe even add some sangria! Thanks!

Hola, Robin. Your taco soup look simply gorgeous, and your curly hair just keeps getting more and more cuter, my dear amiga. Do you recommend pork or chicken instead of the traditional beef for tacos? Take care of yourself, sweetie. <3
