I think it’s cool you inspire people and get people to try. You’re a welder and a pit master all in one dude and you are so cool for this one. No I’m not going to cater but if I was ever tempted this would’ve gotten me to try.
Well, I did. Just 3 weeks before lockdown in Spain. But lockdown also got people more interested in BBQ. Which is almost nonexistent here. Example; at Easter Saturday all wings, burgers, sausages were sold out in the mayor supermarket here. And people are really prefering to enjoy with friends and family, instead of only sharing exotic travels on their social media. Future looks bright IMO.
A few more weeks and they will be sharing #puraleña with their friends.
There are no mistakes, just moments of miss understood creativity. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. 😁👍

Everyone thinks they can cater until they try to cater something. Making sure the food is done on time, hot, and stay consistently good is a task, but it's worth when you lock in. Wish more a new success to you my brother.
