    Ohhhh your making me so hungry and I’m watching this before going to sleep. I have actually never made short ribs. My husband loves them so I’ll definitely have to try making this. Depending on the grind, polenta is a coarse ground corn meal so if you had to you could use corn meal instead of polenta and cook it the same way and probably no one would notice except you. I actually did it this year when I couldn’t find polenta. I love this whole meal. Everything looks amazing!!!!
