'Tis the season for the battery powered candlesticks. In our RV we used them at night. They were easy to store, looked great (sort of romantic at dinner), easy on the eyes while we read, mobile as we could take them outside and efficient as they were LED and lasted forever. These worked especially good at overnights at Wal-Mart etc as they didn't light up our entire inside. Bonus is they are an inexpensive investment.
The purse idea is very cute. However, you may have your van broken in because they may attract thieves. Sadly that sometimes happens.

Hi Lulu, was wondering about safety in some of border states you visit. Our news make it sound terrible. Also, folks were killed and mom had so many bags, red hat bags- she was the queen bee I decided to use them. Knitting bags, storage bags, foldable bags…very convenient. Wonder what someone would say if saw all red hats, lol, but no expense and cherished memories who can ask for more 🙂 hope to be on road come new yr

Maybe have a think about putting the handbags in the sheet – they will be in full view of the windscreen and side window – could encourage a break-in.

The Dollar Tree has tiles very much like the tile you bought. They are about a foot square so you would probably need several.
