i made these Bumbi. They were delicious. My mix ended up wet and unable to form into patties, so i mixed a cup of gram flour in to it and it worked perfectly!. Thank you Bumbi!

I have made Shami kabab in the past but the recipe was very complicated, I shall certainly try yours. Do you have the recipe for Kathi kabab? I mean the one from Nizam’s in Kolkata. They are unique and unforgettable and unfortunately not available outside Kolkata.
