    Doing a re-heating video occasionally is a great idea. Both for your new veiwers and old. I recommend folks who have not done any re-heating before to try it so they are familiar with the process and decide weather they like it or not. Word of warning here. DO NOT re-heat in the microwave. I don't understand why but it does something really bad to the flavor. It's still edible but definitely takes away much of the great flavor you worked so hard to create. It even reduces the amount of smoke ring on the meat. Have a great day. Oh by the way, it's " tomorrow " and sadly the Victor's didn't take over the world but we will always have last night 😁😆😅🤣😂 👍🌤

    I like how you portioned the brisket. You would have to being there's only one and straight slices would be gone in a flash. I prefer to reheat brisket in a vacuum sealed bag in very hot water but your method looks very practical.

    Good tips Dash! Since most of my cooks are just for me and my wife I don't need to heat a lot like you do, but will keep this in my back pocket for the future! We have a brisket video coming out today and I cut the point off like I was taught from this YouTube Guy! LOL Still not as good as you, but working on it! Cheers!
