I always saute the filling ingredients 1st, I find the veggies are still too raw from only cooking in oven, these are healthy, fast, & delish!

Love the format. Ideaβ¦β¦β¦ boil an omelet. Same recipe in ziplock but everyone makes there own one big pot of boiling water everything goes in w a label in sharpie and breakfast/brunch is ready with all the sides. Great for a party or sleep over. Keep up the great work
