What about adding cream cheese or sour cream to the cheese ball would that be ok
Interesting idea. Now I'm thinkin' I'd like to top 'em with a bit of fresh sweet onion, or olive oil and real Parmesan cheese, or bits of ham… so many ideas! Sort of like fried cheese, but without the mess. Could also easily become stuffed cookies, rolled cookies… or use as pie crust for quiche.
Wondering if someone who is doing keto could use almond flour instead of wheat flour, seems like it just needs something to provide a little structure as it bakes.

I had a cheese ball recipe using cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese and then topped it with cherry preserves. I canβt find my recipe and have been looking online with no luck. It was such a great recipe.
