    Excellent ! I always cook these with steak. However i cook the potatoes with chopped rosemary and add in at the end sautéed onions and garlic and more rosemary. Much better than chips.

    just tried making these but at the frying stage the potatoes just started disintegrating into blocky mashed potatoes… did I boil em too long? was the oil not hot enough? I thought I followed the directions, also the potatoes turned out savory and tasty just wanting to get the texture correct

    I love putting garlic with skin ‘n’ all no pealing, and eating them with the skin, with Rosemary or thyme with olive 🫒 oil and butter 🧈 . I enjoy watching your videos, you cook like I do, but I think you’re better.
