I do a similar recipe but for pork chops or country style ribs, just ketchup, brown sugar ,sliced onions, and top it off with a slice of lemon.. my kids wanted it weekly. Sometimes I added dry mustard.

I coat my country style ribs with olive oil, and sprinkle with lowery season salt and add onions to the dish. Bake @450* for 30 minutes. Remove and add sweet baby Ray’s ( or what ever brand you prefer) and lower temp to 350* and bake 45min to an hr. Yummy

I would cook the ribs with a dry rub and add wet sauce right at the end of cooking. Those looked really good though and I bet they tasted good too. Thanks Jan….glad ya back to cooking…luv that dish. Hugs and love.

Bake, Render fat few hours since they're so thick or try dry rub which makes outside. *Love Your Sauce with brown sugar, cook awhile to pour over🤩 😍🍽🍖🍗🥩🥘🍳🍽 *will definitely make☆

Ribs look good – but could not afford to cook for 4 hours here in commie CA. Will need to experiment with micro-wave pre-cooking and then put in oven for 1 hour max. Really, our energy costs are through the roof thanks to hair-sprayed clown gavin nesome – who cheated – again – to not get recalled.
