    Two vegetables are not two kinds of grain and not even grains. Even the monks of Hinduism and Buddhism prefer one grain at a time for better concentration and to detox the body .
    Oil is not healthy for the body and Coconut has its natural oil so what's wrong with it?
    Ha this could be said that it is quite difficult for us to adapt that lifestyle as well as for the poor or lower middle class it is quite expensive.
    But don't defame them unnecessarily .

    Avoid grains. Eat fruits all kind of fruits, lean meat like chicken and fish avoid reds, milk full fat will also do and honey everyday. You will be strong and no digestive problems.

    Water content is high in fruits n so is the fibre content . There are a lot of fruits that provide us with all essential vitamins , potassium , calcium , magnesium ,iron n much more .

    Beet root , pomegranate – iron

    Tender coconut water , fruit juices – hydration , minerals , nutritious

    Coconut milk n almond milk – healthy sources of fat

    Coconut, olives, groundnut , sessame, mustard
    – all plant based

    Tumeric _ anti inflammatory
