About the truck driver and the Sam's delivery, yes he was 30 minutes late and he should have waited to redeliver but then again Sam's could have just accepted the delivery. Truckers can only drive so many hours per day by law and many companies have them on an almost impossible to keep schedule with no leeway for accidents or breakdowns. One traffic accident and his hourly driving limit could have been a cause both of which are beyond his control, so not completely his fault…just looking at it from another angle. The shipper and/or Sam's will claim that merchandise as a write-off or an insurance claim so they will get their money regardless, that's why they were so casual about it and said dump the load.

We went to AutoZone to oil/filters for our trucks and their system was down, my Mr didn’t want to leave it because they didn’t have much and it would be gone if someone came in with cash. He stayed at the store and I went to the bank and came back with cash, valuable lesson learned, always had cash these days.
Be prepared, carry cash, cards not working happening a lot now.
Panic attack could be s/s of allergy. My dtg is gluten intolerant, can’t eat anything with onions and garlic and green peppers. She cooks everything from scratch.
Sounds like true Panic attack and they hit when nothing is happening to you to cause it. If it happens again see Dr. Prayers They can be awful.
Weird question: do you have a hobby? Maybe some kind of craft that requires creativity? Something that helps me control anxiety is coloring adult themed with gel pens ( as in adult language not nudity, but I'm sure they make those books too)…it helps recenter your brain when it gets stressed. I would get tested for food allergies. I found out that I’m allergic to wheat which has caused a chronic cough for me. When I cut way down in wheat, it gets better. You need to know exactly what you are allergic too
Panic attacks are histamine releases. They really are allergic reactions. One of the main drugs they give you for anxiety is Ativan which really is a mast cell stabalizer. I learned this after YEARS of allergic reactions from a very smart allergist. Get Alka seltzer GOLD. ( you need to buy on Amazon)
The shipper and the reciever both declared that shipment as a loss which they can then right off on taxes. What I don't understand is why the trucker didn't say why he was late. I'm thinking he overslept which means he needs a new alarm clock. If it had been a traffic backup, which can happen anywhere, why not call the reicever and let them know. Dude left out some vital info. But also a reciever can refuse a load even if its on time. My dad was a trucker and i can remember him bringing home dishes, pots and pans, oranges, clothes, when other truckers had refused loads and they had to get thier trucks emptied to go pick up a new load. This was back in the 70s and 80s. My mom got a lot of new stuff that way.
I refuse to fight with my husband over finances. He has an account that he uses to pay the household bills. I have an account that I use for our business bills.

They might have wanted to call their appointments beforehand to notify them they can't take cards.
Target doesn’t own their card. It’s owned by a third party over seas. Very hard to address any problems. I had issues making payments and tried to go into the store to fix the problem and the store, customer service nor the cashier could take the payment. I ended canceling the card as it kept bringing down my credit score every time their payments system was down. I’m very glad to be rid of that constant source of anxiety.!
