I almost choked when I saw how cheap milk I there. A 2 litre carton of milk is over $4 here now. A gallon is equal to 3.785 litres. You also mentioned Kraft dinner at like $0.55 per box. That is about $2 or so here now. Some of your prices are comparable, but we don't have a Sam's club and to be honest, I do not find Walmart here to be cheaper then the other regular grocery stores. We do most of our shopping at Costco (not always as cheap as your Costco) because produce is fresher and usually alot cheaper.

my husband buys extra vacation days from his employer every year, and then sells it back to the company at Christmas time. This money we use as our "Christmas Club" money. I cannot imagine buying all year long for people for Christmas or even starting in the summer….. I myself have no idea what I want for Christmas how is anyone else (all adults in my family and one two year old) going to know in June what they will or might want for Christmas in December? I don't buy to be buying because it is hugely discounted. I'd rather buy the person one item at $50 that I know they want then a sack full of deep discounted items for $50. Please don't take this as a rant. I just never understood people buying year round.

I’ve stopped buying things like chips and treats that aren’t good for me in the first place because the price is now ridiculous. There comes a point where the item isn’t worth the price. To me anyway….

Thank you for doing the research for all of us. I'm stocking up for the holidays. I bought a three pack of Pepperidge Farm stuffing at Sam's Club. I like to buy the brownie bites and cheese cubes and split them into thirds. Then I have a dessert or appetizer on hand for events.
