Growing up we thought salmon always came in a can! We would have fish and spaghetti on Fridays. Sometimes salmon croquettes, jack salmon, or catfish. Leftover salmon croquettes would be for breakfast cold. and still delicious!

Awesome for breakfast or dinner with a side of cheesey grits, fries, fried rice with sweet and sour sauce or waffles! Good on a buttered grilled bun with Lett, tom, tartar sauce, melted cheese and coke slaw or potato salad!! Yum!! I do like using salmon seasonings in mix as well!!

My uncle made the best salon croquettes when I was a little girl. He would call my mom and made sure I came to eat dinner when he made these.

Wow! Thanks AB. It's always amazing to see how other cooks put together something you've been cooking for years. I'm one of those that always used the can. No mayo. A little seasoned cornmeal and flour instead of bread crumbs, and egg & a smidget of flour..lol… to keep it together. Other than that everything else you used I use. I for sure have to try it your way…soon. Appreciate you so much…I did your crab deviled eggs they were delicious! Ms Green

    hi dude !

love your recipe, cause it hits me right into the face 🙂 I L.O.V.E. salmon, tuna fish and everything relatet with.
The only thing I'm afraid of is getting this "JO Nr. 2, Old Bay" because I live in Germany and I've never ever heard if it before.
Better join a fish and sea food store for it, we got one 5 mls. away.

good look & have the hell of a good time dude

I always make the meal my grandmother made for me Salmon croquettes, Fried potatoes and onions, and her homemade buttermilk biscuits. I am actually making all of that right now because of this video. Only difference is I don’t have any fresh salmon at the moment. So, I am using a can. I always keep one to satisfy this craving when I get it.
