This reminds me so much of My Polish Babcia's cheese cake. She live in Philadelphia after coming to America. She had a small garden in the back of her brownstone and grew strawberries. I don't know what cheese she used. She got it from the local Polish/Ukraine store in her neighborhood. As my father was in the Military unlike the other grandchildren I didn't learn much Polish. My mother was German & I was born there, so German was my first language. My father spoke fluent English, Polish, French, German & Latin so we spoke German mostly. Even though he insisted We speak English also. My mother learned quickly and had her drivers license 6 months after arriving to the US. Watching your channel brings back many wonderful memories.
