    The instruction manual is very poor if one is using a pressure cooker for the first time. Given the level danger brought about by the incorrect use of the product, there really should be a better instruction manual

    Mine takes a lot of time to steam the food till tender. (Eg tripe and knee caps takes about 90 min) If we open the lid, there is a little bit of steam coming out. We are at sea level and it seems that the "high" temperature is to low to build up proper high pressure steam. What can I do?

    I want to use the slow cook setting, but neither the video nor the manual explains in what position the exhaust valve needs to be. The Instant Pot instructional video mentions that it needs to be in the ‘venting position’. I assume this is the same for the Russell Hobbs pressure cooker…? Please can you make recipe/instructional videos for each setting on the pressure cooker?
