Doug great meal, I just got my Air Fryer Oven from QVC Thanks to your videos… just a little puzzled why you cut that beef with a butter knife and not a steak knife, but again the meal looks great!!! Keep up the videos

Was going to make beef jerky tonight, but I am hungry and need my fryer, tonight so I am gonna hold off until morning and just make some burgers with onion rings instead. Love your videos. Keep it up! ps: can't wait to make a boneless pork roast in this awesome machine.

I like your videos, there's one problem. You keep putting your rotisserie in backwards. The big chunky square goes to the left, and the part with two slots goes to the right, that way it can sit in the notch on the right hand side.

So you didn't show actually slicing the meat and then you covered it up with gravy after slicing it so cannot see how it actually looked, two very important parts of showing how it came out and you didn't bother to show it.

Guess I'll start making my own videos showing how it actually comes out

That roast looks delicious. I use that cut for making Sauerbraten in the pressure cooker and use Sauerbraten spice from The Spice House. I use Bouquet Garni & Herbes de Provence from Penzeys on roasts and poultry. That is a nice machine but I don't have the room. Hope those who have it are having memorable fun meals!

Hey there Doug, #HappyChristmas Week 🎄from the Land of Santa Claus 🎅, reindeer 🦌 and Polar Bears 🐻‍❄️. For me I would rub the outside with some Au Jus powder, Himalayan Sea Salt, ground multi coloured black pepper and garlic powder. I bet it would even be great with some hickory or pecan liquid smoke rubbed on the outside instead of the Au Jus powder. This turned out #EXCELLENT as usual sir and looked absolutely #Deelish. As usual, thanks for another #Yummy how to air fryer recipe video and I’m sure I’ll see you in the next one. Until then, #StaySafe 😷 & #HappyCooking 🍖.

Treat myself to one of these. But a Daewoo 12L in the UK. Done rotisserie chicken, pork, kebabs and kofte on the skewer cage, swede chips in the chip (fries) basket, plus the usual steaks etc. on the normal racks. I've even made flavoured beef and chicken jerky on the dehydrate function. Excellent for snacking on. Doing a couple of Kg as I type. Give it a shot on video Doug.

I wasn't planning on using the rotisserie, but I might for the roast now that I see it. I'm with you about the chicken – my grocery store has nice rotisserie chickens, I don't see a reason to make one. I might use this new Korean beef seasoning I got. It flavors the beef nicely, with a hint of sweetness, but Italian or plain old onion and garlic would be good, too.

What a great looking dinner. That roast looks awesome, I am happy to see you do this video on it. From I can tell it looked nice and tender too. Out of that 2 pound roast, it would feed two correct, and was there left overs, just curious. I think maybe a 3 pound would have fit, don't you. That really is an amazing machine. Take care, stay safe…. Claudia
