    Arun, this is such a happy surprise. I just looked up a recipe for ropa vieja about a week ago. We used to live in Miami, and often had ropa vieja at an excellent Cuban restaurant in Little Havana. I also miss having plantains. We left Miami in 1996 and are closer to you now than south Florida. The meal looks wonderful — I think your eyes almost rolled back in your head when you tasted it! Thanks so much for all your videos, this one especially.
