    Thanks for the base recipe, im doing OMAD and i just chopped up a whole yellow bell pepper, 1/3rd a white onion, 1 roma romato and a bit of chopped up lean turkey ham with 6 beaten eggs. Made these into 4 fat sandwiches for tomorrow with some fat free cheese. Only came out to 1,100 calories so leaves me with a lot of room more goodies for how much volume and protein this adds tbh
