    this is nice recipe but u did one mistake in making is that when u cooked lamb meat in water all meat juices get release from meat and it become tasteless this was too much better if you would apply papaya paste or little amount of yogurt over it and leave it for 24 hours and then steam it without using water just because papaya and yogurt releases its water in big quantity then u do the rest of process
