Sorry girl but your recipe is off. I tried to make it and the potatoes were raw after 40 minutes of cooking. I had to crank up the heat to 375 and cook a while longer. Very delicious otherwise.

YUM! I made something very similar to this a few nights ago using homegrown potatoes, shallots, garlic, herbs. I pulled some carrots too & tossed them in, because why not? π
