Kathy, I made your Better Chicken Soup and it was awesome! The only thing I did was add a 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes and that really added to the soup! Can I have your email so I can send you and Rick pictures? This takes the classic Chicken Noodle Soup recipe to a new level! Thanks, love your channel and Ricks. Thanks!

Why were those carrots not just mush after cooking 70 minutes? There’s just some things I still don’t get with my IP 😏. I’m doing a chuck roast, small potatoes and baby carrots in mine tonight and figured I’d throw in the potatoes and carrots with about 15 minutes left. Good meal for a cold, rainy day!

Comfort food at its best Kathy, great job! I too use the natural pressure release method when I'm cooking a roast also, that method has never failed to get my roast to the tenderness that I want.

That looks so delicious and I have a pot roast in my freezer, it's a chuck roast, do you think that would work as well. Thanks for sharing this recipe Kathy. Yum
