We do a pepper similar to this but i am not a cream cheese kinda guy.
Instead of using the half slice pepper as a bowel we slice the top off and use the hole pepper as a bowel.
do up the veggies and meat, make rice, mix veggies meat and rice together and then stuff the pepper. add some shredded cheese on top or throughout the mix, bake, and bon apatite.
Making me hungry now. 😄
I have a question. With the older powerstroke diesel truck you have do you ever have issues on it cranking? If so how do you plug in your block heater with drop cord being in the middle of no where?
