Ohhh I gotta try this! I have milk coming out of my ears, both jerseys are a month fresh so I am getting 8 gallons a day😳 I have so much butter, yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, kefir and mozzarella but ricotta would be another good addition esp since I have 2 kids that’s love pasta. Hey Leanne! My husband and I were thinking of you. He drives truck for PPC Lubricants and goes through Needmore all the time. He hasn't farmed for quite some time, and loves driving. Whoo hoo, calving season is almost here…lots of milk to come. Thanks for the easy recipe and method. My IP is much older than yours, I'll have to figure out the settings…I've never attempted ricotta. I used to make cottage cheese and sell it but that was a couple decades ago.
