So cool to see you use an Instant Pot to work with this. I dont remember seeing anything like this at any of your restaurants when ive been there. This is a great sounding summer dish to have.
Remember people. Use some lemon juice or vinegar to help disperse the oils from the peppers from your fingers. I, at a young age used soap and water. It was not pleasant on the fella down south when I hit the bathroom later.

I like your YouTube channel. I live in South Texas. I was in Chicago recently with my daughter who was accepted into the art institute. We enjoyed the fine dining, at one of your establishments, however, when the weather is cold we prefer a YouTube lesson on fine dining, LOL (even in Chicago). I have Chilitepin and Chile pequin growing on my ranch. What can I do with those varieties? Thanks
