The skirt steak we can get always has a lot of silver skin on it – do you remove it for these tacos or does it 'melt' in the instapot steaming process? We love your cooking shows – watched you on PBS for years, bought a bunch of your books, and we're happy to see you on Youtube!! Thanks for all the awesome recipes – as someone posted below, haven't seen a recipe yet that wasn't amazing!

So cool to see you use an Instant Pot to work with this. I dont remember seeing anything like this at any of your restaurants when ive been there. This is a great sounding summer dish to have.

Yeah… nah. I'd rather eat taco Bell than this foofoo taco shit. Why do people think they have to "gourmet" everything. It's a fucking taco… Brown some ground beef, throw lettuce and cheese on it, and eat it. There's no need for this metrosexual hipster cooking.

I like your YouTube channel. I live in South Texas. I was in Chicago recently with my daughter who was accepted into the art institute. We enjoyed the fine dining, at one of your establishments, however, when the weather is cold we prefer a YouTube lesson on fine dining, LOL (even in Chicago). I have Chilitepin and Chile pequin growing on my ranch. What can I do with those varieties? Thanks

I made the Oaxacan mole from your cookbook and my mom said it tasted very similar to the one father used to do. She is from Oaxaca and her dad passed away when she was young. Thank you Rick!
