habenero and scotch bonnet are not all that different , they originate from the same plant , you know they all originate in mexico and south america , btw , i was taught to make curried chicken by a bajan and they do not really eat it as much as Jamaica, but they ate it and said it was good , btw i do not eat sugar , it does not cause cancer but it does feed cancer , , so i do not use it because my father died of cancer my sister had cancer too and frankly i do not like my chances of not getting it , so i have nothing in my system that will feed it so it can not survive, i used to cook curry rice and peas on friday to do saturday too and make sous too , i love sous , see saturday was shopping day i did not have time for cooking too , i had 6 kids , shopping when everything you eat including some of the bread you make , thats a lot of shopping , i would go to the market for veg and fruit , take it home , then go to the caribean food market and get things like rice peas , oil flour , seasonings , take them home then go back for the meat , this time i stayed home , i walked to the market 3 times to do the shop because with so many to feed i had to carry back6 bags of fruit and veg , and about the same from the other two places too , thankfully in london i could get hard dough bred every where and ginger bread and fruit bun too , eggs and milk too , oh sorry autism , i forget and write my life story hahahaha

Thank you for the great videos. I’m an Island girl but never learn completely all the cooking techniques. You have made my cooking improve 💯 percent. You make me proud of our cuisine.
