In this easy cooking video, I cook some rice, with frozen mixed vegetables, in my Instant Pot Ultra 60 pressure cooker. I simply added 3 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, and sprinkled in some frozen mixed vegetables. Then cooked this on the rice setting and topped it with some Sweet Soy Sauce.

Do you wash your rice? I always wash my rice first and you can put the seasonings right in the pot while it cooks and you can you less seasonings
If I triple that recipe do I need to increase the cooking time??

A very good, cheap meal. My favorite soy sauce is a Japanese brand, Yamasa. Not sweet or inexpensive. I've only seen small bottles of it in Japanese grocery stores.
