Excellent, you even made your own dry rub for this yummy ribs. I like the idea of using an Instant pot with beef broth underneath and an onion inside the ribs. The flavors will permeate through the meat, gives it nice flavor and aroma without sacrificing moisture. The result of the meat is fall of the bones tender and super succulent. Easy peasy, putting under the broiler caramelizes the delicious and finger licking good bbq sauce. Fantastic recipe, looks great with the squash and salad as sides.
