Followed this recipe tonight with a half rack of baby backs and after 32 minutes (and natural release) the meat was still a bit tough. Put them back in for 7 minutes and they were perfect. I think I’m going to do 40 minutes next time – maybe mine were thicker?

Claims to be caveman. Cooks ribs in pressure cooker.. lie detector determined that was a lie.

Now get you a grill. & be sure to get extra lighter fluid. Some to start the grill. & the other to burn the pressure cooker.

I've been looking at those pressure cooker crock pots, so to speak. Amazing how much faster the pressure cooker pots are compared to the regular crock pots.

Thank you for sharing this, I'm going to try this probably this weekend 🙂 I have an instant pot and have had it for almost a year now and still don't use it nearly as often and I know its a wonderful device, I'm just scared 😛

this is similar to the way Outback Steakhouse makes their ribs – but imagine a huge pressure cooker that can do whole racks with out cutting in half. they also have a custom rack so they can put multiple racks of ribs on each level. Outback slightly undercooks theirs(they stay together better after cooking) – and finishes them on the grill with sauce to give a more traditional char. they also take them out of the cooker on the huge rack and put them straight into the fridge – this make them stay together better and they can pull them out as needed.

I like to put a little char on mine in the oven. Turn on the broiler and put the shelf they are on up close to it for about 10 minutes at the end. MEAT SIDE UP.

Love these ribs! However, one thing I am noticing is that when I do the pressure release, a lot of the steam is greasy and gets all over the place! Is anyone experiencing this, or is it just me?
