It is very unhealthy to heat aluminium foil. The aluminium foil is proven to go into the food at temperatures above 180 degrees celsius. Alufoil in the body is in turn dangerous because of many other aspects, such as inflammation to Alzheimer's and even cancer. Aluminium foil should only be used to wrap cold to lukewarm food and not in the oven and if it does go in the oven, it should never have direct contact with the food.

I think I would do a tray of roasted veg just because, if I take the time to heat up my over I want to use every minute of that heat..
I found parchment bags on Amazon that I LOVE. it is a bag made from parchment paper, I just drop my veg in there and throw in the EVOO and seasoning all at the same time, fold over the top and lay it out on a sheet pan. because it is all enclosed it roasts and kinda steams at the same time. I have yet to find a veg that it does not work with.( kind of like a foil pack.) Any way enough of me, I really like this idea of prepping ingredients and then using them to construct a meal with them. I want to try the oven eggs first.

I am so happy to find your channel! I am a well controlled diabetic after intermittent fasting. However, now I have 2 young gransons living with me. I cook regular food for them. I fell off the low carb wagon. Now I can get back on, and eat great!! God bless you!

I would add some different flavorings like birthday cake, maple, butter, banana to the pancakes. Or marble in some Lakanto maple syrup before baking. I'd add ham to the eggs as well, maybe spinach to get the veggie/nutrients in there. I love the crumbled sausage idea, I'd even make a pan of similar shaped sausage using the sheet pan by pressing them flat to make the sandwiches. This video is awesome and very creative and useful! Thank you!

Made your pancake but whisked the eggwhites before combining the rest. A beautiful peaky pancake wich made a perfect desert for us. Just a scoop of icecream and some chocolate or caramelsauce and a few berries om the side. Thank you so much.
I'm a newbie at keto so you are a Great role model for me ans I love to follow you.
The best about you is that I dont feel that it's complicated. I don't count carbs I just make your meals and are satisfied by that and stay away from everything else -and it works!! Happy new year to you and your family.

I love all your breakfast ideas and I will be making them for me and my family. I would make the breakfast burrito using Carb Sense tortillas by adding small amounts of butter to the pan and add the egg, keto potatoes, choice of cheese, chopped sautéed onion or poblano, wrap it and pan sear it on both side, slice in half, serve it up and enjoy. 😋😋

I love your videos and recipes, but Woman, don't you have some S.O.S. scouring pads to clean those sheet pans??!!!!!!……. I really can't believe you are using them, let alone showing them on your video in that condition. Either clean them until they shine again, or if you can't, throw them away.

I just made the pancakes using the smaller recipe of the pancakes and baked them for 21 minutes in a 8×9 pan. Cut into 9 squares. Microwaved with butter and Joe Duffs ns syrup. I am very particular about pancakes. I have no words to describe how great these are!!!! So easy and the taste is out of this world! I've also switched to bakin' bacon. 👍👍👍👍
