Love this! That is so quick and easy in the instant pot! I know because I just soaked black beans overnight and cooking them for hours lol. I'm currently making some soup 😁. I don't have an instant pot but maybe If I see more recipes like this I'll have to think about it haha. Those nachos look amazing!! We love nachos with beans!
