Can you suggest an alternative for cilantro? There are some of us who think it tastes like soap, and I'm one of them. Sorry, I know you like it. But those Bean Lettuce Wraps look so yummy I want to try them. I'm ready to make them all, except the last one. Not a fan of either hummus or avocado. Yes, I know, I'm weird.

Just a little duh tip. I have a small citrus squeezer, and I have been trying to find a larger one for oranges…. just cut the oranges in to quarters and put them in the small citrus squeezer !!/:)

A great way to stretch summer salads is to boil up a bunch of pasta (maybe late at night, when it's cooler), toss it with some oil, and keep it in the fridge to add it to salads throughout the week. Edamame is also a lovely addition to pasta salads, but they do need to be boiled.
