There is actually a gene that determines whether or not somebody likes cilantro. For real! Some people really love the taste and to others it has a metallic flavor.

That's how I make it too @ Kirby. It really does go down great with everything. Sometimes I make it mixed with serranos too. And add it to chicharrones mixed with it so delicious 🤑So you know that the Serrano is Spicer also . I know you know what I mean LOL!
