it looks good and amazing just love this red lentil curry really it looks so good and yum i just love it but i also love my digestion so with eating healthy i added on a thing extra to my life and that is planet ayurveda digesto plan
I added thyme and a little curry powder, Mine came out so good. Thanks for the recipe.
Try using Buttercup squash, it’s the Best! Looks like a turban and the color of acorn squash but it’s sweeter then Butternut squash and is very meaty. I think, you will love it once you tried it!
Also, if I use Butternut squash, I do not peel it!! I wash it well on the outside skin, and use it as recommended in the recipe. It add nutrients and fiber and interesting texture and it saves time.! I do the same thing when making soup,. I simmer the squash chucks with skin on in water , just covering the chunks, to desired tenderness then I use an immersion blender and blend till smooth. Finishing the soup as desired. You would never know it had the skin on, it’s so smooth and delicious and i use the nutrients rich cooking water in the soup. When presenting it I use a dollop of whipped cream sprinkled with pumpkin seeds and a tiny touch of cinnamon.
Just some easier ( to me 😄)and nutritious ways on how I use some squashes….your recipe looks and sounds amazing, I will try it! Thank you , also on the hint of soaking the red lentils for ultimate nutritional Absorption.
I do like this recipe because I can follow it easily–it is not too complicated. I do try to make this type of dish often but, honestly, I am always in a big mix-up over the spices. You do not need curry powder or curry paste? Thank you, I will try this.
Suarly I am going to try this Recipe.Thank you♥️🌼🌻
Looks really delicious! Yum.
no garam masala?
Oil is not a food (it's a lubricant). Leave out the oil (water saute works) for a healthy version of this recipe.
Trying this tomorrow. Looks soooo good.
Many thanks for actually putting the quantities on the video (saying them AND putting them in the description box, also). There is nothing more annoying than watching how to make something and then having to go to a website to find out the quantities. It drives me nuts! Thanks again.👍😍
Looks very yummy and healthy dish!
Made this it’s soooo nice
Can you thicken by adding cream???
Thank you for the recipe. I shall definitely be making this soon!
Can I use butternut squash for this recipe? Can anybody please tell
I'm about to make this for the first time today! Fingers crossed I like it
When you say wash the lentils first, as they are easier to digest, and then say this step isn't necessary. I don't trust that you know what you're talking about. Who wants an upset stomach man!!!
Can I use brown lentil please
Wao! Its gorgeous. Thank you, and cheer up!
