I brought a pressure cooker purposely because of this video and it was so much help in 45 minutes I'll have the dish that you made and will leave a comment afterwards. This was actually a great tutorial on how to use your pressure cooker mine did not come with a fluid catcher or whatever you call it so I put a dish below it hopefully that works

Wow nice! I decided to put mine in oven , I've tried the slow cooker and gross it was not good. Oven is my favorite, but I havent tried my instant pot yet. I dont think I could get 9 lbs of meat in it. I have a big family.
What was the ingredients you used for the potatoes, they looked yummy
