I always wait for London Broil AKA top round to go on sale and buy several for my freezer and cut them for stew meat or beef stew whatever I want. With something marked stew meat or stir fry meat you don't know where on the animal it came from it is usually cut up in pieces that are extraordinary really small and some that are good size and others that are big. This way I know where it came from and I can cut it up in the size pieces I want. Like for beef bourguignon I want very large pieces and for something like this I want medium sized pieces. Etc.

is this spicy hot with that rub? I ask because I have a geographic tongue and don't really like heat Beyond low medium in the spice Department because with my tongue everything that's spicy hot is made more hot it gets way down into my tongue and hurts.

This turned out great (and I'm a newbie!) I did make one change–I warmed up a jar of gravy and poured it over the dish. Delish! Thank you for the video.
