I really enjoyed your video, and that soup sure does look good. I often do the same thing, just taking leftovers and throwing whatever else I can find in with them, the flavor you get from these types of dishes are amazing. Keep up the good work. Ray

Looks super good! I was thinking of adding some barley to this. Got to have the celery and onion LOL! I love my canned goods. I go to food pantries all of the time, and I have got a lot of canned food for the my food storage and emergencies. This is a good recipe to use up some canned goods and clear out the ones that are getting ready to expire. I do not like to throw away expired cans, I would rather make a meal out of them!

Hey Miss Debbie and Shaddy… In my vegetable soup, I cut my carrots in a certain way in memory of my Mom. I put 2 to 3 dozen pieces of macaroni in there in memory of my Aunt Gertie and Uncle Albert (careful – it sucks up liquid) and I put about a tablespoon of Quaker Barley in there in memory of the lady cook at Longfellow school in Flint, Michigan circa the early 50s. Barley can also suck up liquid. Merry Christmas.

Your vegetable soup reminds me alot of my mom's soup. When she was alive she would always make a huge pot of soup in the fall and winter. Thanks for sharing and I can't wait to try this recipe.😁👍
