This was my first time cooking a Sirloin Tip Roast in my Power Pressure Cooker XL. I thought it would take at least 60 minutes for the 4 pound roast but I think …
Way to much liquid, you just boiled the roast for way to long, just my opinion, practices make's perfect !
Maybe you can help me. I cooked my first roast in the Instant pot. A beef tip sirloin, or two pieces, weighing a total about four pounds. I used two cups of water and set the roast on the trivet. I set the timer for seventy five minutes. The roast is tender but has absolutely no taste. Did the roast get saturated with moisture and lost all flavor? Did I cook it too long? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
A Soup with Overcooked Beef???

Why so much liquid?
Canola oil is 100%.GMO!
I'd like that with buttered jasmine rice and a good gravy instead of potatoes. Left over roast will make great sandwiches, either hot or cold.
Found your recipe simple, clear and easy! My roast turned out great thanks to you 👍
