Gajar ka halwa is a very popular dessert in India. Gajar means carrot. Gajar Ka Halwa is Indian carrot pudding made with grated carrots, milk, mawa/ coagulated milk solids, sugar, nuts and ghee. This carrot halwa is made in winters when we get fresh red carrots. I usually make gajar ka halwa in a pan. But, sometimes when I want it quick, I make gajar ka halwa in cooker. This method that I have shown in this video results in yummy halwa just like halwai ka gajar ka halwa. The texture is amazing because of the unique method of cooking.
