I’ve been watching more often after being absent for a while. I seriously need to get back on track. I’ve been on a bad carb bender and it’s time. It’s time to get back to how ai feel the best. Hyper carnivore for me. I do want to try pure carnivore for a while but I think I’ll get back on track first!!

An idea for your dessert. I fry apples (diced) in butter, along with cinnamon, nutmeg, (sometimes nuts) and add vanilla at the end of cooking. Put it over Greek yogurt. Almost apple pie and ice cream!

How does one afford to eat this diet. I'm really interested but prices are going through the roof!! and i'm just not sure i could do it! especially eating grassfed beefs and all things organic, which is what i aim for when buying meat and dairy… 🙁

    Why no egg whites?
Why Douglas Laboratories brand for Vitamin D3?
Why do you take vitamin D3?
    Thanks for your time!

When doing leaner ground meat, bison etc, can cook in Brie cheese, add that extra fat. person I cook the meat then spread the cheese like the butter to just begin melting. melted butter will give you runs

Get into the method of cooking Sous Vide for steak or thick roast type meat, its heaven. water bath from a few hours to over a day, the meat is cooked perfectly, just need a few minutes to sear it at the end. low effort cooking at the best.

Honestly I dont get how you two eat so much?
