    I dig the protein focus but am sad for the missing egg yolks, they are so nutritious and delicious! But still, it’s your journey not mine! And we real friends so I support your progress and dedication you motivate me especially since I’m finally leaving the first trimester of this pregnancy and feel like I’ll be able to eat and not hate everything! 😂

    I've been a fan of Nicole for a while. She is killing it. I give her credit . I haven't gotten to her mindset yet. Hopefully someday . I also follow another Keto channel and she is all over the place. Blames food on everything . I don't want that mindset . You can live your life by never eating anything but keto or carnivore. When you limit yourself you set yourself up for failure in my opinion.

    My GIRL!! Been waiting ever so NOT patiently for you to upload… LOL. As usual you inspire me. I have completely changed the way I look at food and so called “diets”… there is no more food fear and it feels wonderful! Using your advice I have now lost 7lbs and plan to level out. I am not ready for the gym but I move my body with my dog on walks. I cannot say thank you enough!! My psych. Asked me what I am doing differently bc of my improving attitudes and general happiness. 💕🥰. I wish more people could realize that its all about Balance and NOT fear.

    The meals look good. I saw Nicole make the French toast and chicken dish. I definitely want to try those. Her bestie, in with jen is also one of my faves to watch for meal ideas and motivation. My calories are only 1525 daily. Hard but doable.

    Thanks for sharing Daniela! I’m loving the new upload times because I schedule my lunch time around it! Nicole’s anabolic French toast is sooooooo good! I love it with the raspberries because the type of carbs raspberries contain doesn’t cause as much of an insulin response as other berries! The Felicia chicken also looked delicious! I always seem to be hungrier on days I do HIIT cardio!
