    Yes please show the meal plan on workout days. Also I cut out egg whites for a few days to see if my body responded and no change for me either way. So I'm thinking egg whites don't affect me personally, as an inflammatory response. But other things like over consuming dairy yes that one is a big one for me so I watch my dairy intake. I'm enjoying seeing your various meal options. Gives me some good ideas 😊

    Wow … I would love to see your plan on a workout day. Eating 6x a day is a trigger for me. I’m at three now and could possibly do 4 but absolutely loving this new journey. Thank you for sharing w/us

    Love this style video! Meals look delicious 🤤 I would love to see a what I eat in a day on workout days. Love that you are talking about resting, we need to listen to our bodies not to what influencers are telling us we should be doing. We get wrapped up in following someone else and not listening to what our bodies really need. I love that you can choose your protein that makes it more individual to your likes and again…. Needs! Love watching you and your family 💗

    Hi Daniela just let you know, meals plan works great 👍, I did 6 month 3 months to lose weight and 3 months reverse diet and I love it . Everything is whole food and nothing artificial.

    Everything looks great! So I went to a dietitian who honestly didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. She didn’t give me any meal plan or any ideas on what to eat. Did you make up your own meal plans or do you see someone who you would recommend.

    I add my fiber powder to my non-fat Greek yogurt with a tiny dash of mio for a sweet treat to end the day. And psyillium husk is pronounced silly-yum, the p is silent like in psychology.

    When it comes to men and women I look at the cardinal. Males are that brilliant red while the females are brown and not as eyecatching. That's why we wear makeup and pretty things to decorate our plumage. Men become "distinguished" looking as they age while we tend to have to fight harder with our potions and lotions. But, girl, you look awesome at any age! I hate it when someone says "you look good for 50" I wanna say back " can't you just stop after saying I look good, why do you have to throw my age in my face? " I swear by my collagen, no sugar and let's not forget genetics.

    Years ago way back when people did not snack; ate three healthy meals a day. Kitchen closed after dinner. I believe we also had less of an Obesity issue then. I hope you do well with this plan Daniela seems the fitness industry is into eating all the time!!

    Thank you so much for talking about RESTING! Nobody talks about this. Its so important for individuals and families to rest from activity. The general push from female youtubers is to push, push, and we are already stressed and busy. So the goal chasing can affect our mental health. Nice video.
