I hadn’t thought of using pork in a stir fry. Next time pork shoulder goes on sale, I think I’ll get me one! Thanks for the ideas! Also, I grew up in PA, and you talking about scrapple made me miss Dutch country! Live in KC now and no one here eats scrapple!

I love your channel! Can you work on a Keto/low-carb video? I'm a type 2 diabetic and can't eat rice, beans or tortillas. But, it can still be done on a budget…of course Aldi makes that more possible.

Yum! I take leftover salsa and add a drained can of black beans and a cup of frozen corn to it, heat it up and eat it over rice 😋 or I make “Irish nachos” salsa, cheese and sour cream on a baked potato… don’t laugh, it’s so good!

Everything you make always looks so delicious 😋. I really love all the different ways you utilize the pressure cooker. I’m so glad I got mine. It makes cooking so much easier and I will never cook pork shoulder any other way now. The split pea soup looks amazing! I make a huge batch twice a year with the leftover ham and ham bones from Christmas and Easter ❤️ Now I’m hungry…lol. Time to go cook! ☺️

I always love your videos, just everyday cooking made from everyday ingredients to make some super meals. Also did your husband use some sort of mold to make those homemade mcgriddle cakes? I would really like to try that myself.
