I couldn't believe one little detail he missed. Little chef's trick: If you use the smallest possible needle you have to gently penetrate either side of the egg before boiling, your eggs won't have air bubbles, so they'll be perfectly shaped. Other than that little pedantic detail, it was perfect Ramen.
